Energyplex Play Cards can be used for: 

Please note:

• • The cost per arcade game varies. Any tickets that are won from arcade games will automatically be loaded onto the card and can be used to pick a prize at our redemption counter. 
• • The weight requirement for rock climbing is 22-330 lbs.
• • The age requirement for laser tag is 6+.
• • The height requirement for Skytrax is 48"-6'6".
• • The activities are first-come, first-served. If the kids in your party would like to do any of the activities, please have them line up at the activity and check in with our staff.  

Additional Information:

• • Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled party time to complete check-in. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate arrivals earlier than this.  
• • Parties can adjust the number of kids upon check-in, but please keep in mind you must pay for a minimum of 8 kids. The yellow, orange, blue, and green rooms can have up to 16 kids. The red room can have up to 25 kids. Please only book the red room if you plan to have more than 16 kids attending your party.
• • We provide cups and plates for the pizza and iced tea.
• • Outside food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of a cake or cupcakes.
• • A fridge and freezer are available to store your cake or cupcakes.
• • Decorations and balloons are allowed as long as they are not taped to the wall or ceiling.
• • No confetti or piñatas are allowed.  
• • Your party is welcome to remain in the building after the scheduled end time, but please ensure the party room is vacated on time. Cake and cupcakes may only be eaten in the designated party room.  

Cancellation Policy:

• • Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event may be rescheduled or exchanged for an Energyplex Play Card of equal value. 
• •Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event will result in the complete loss of the $75 deposit. You can still rebook by making a new reservation and paying a new deposit on our website.
